Cancel Thenx Subscription on iPhone & iPad

1. On your phone, open "Settings" and tap your Apple ID profile.
2. Click "Subscriptions" and select "Thenx".
3. Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm the cancellation.

Alternative method via AppStore:

1. Goto the Appstore » your Profile » Subscriptions.
2. select "Thenx" and click "Cancel Subscription".

Cancel Thenx Subscription on Android

1. Launch the PlayStore app and click the hamburger menu icon.
2. Select "Subscriptions" » tap "Thenx" » click "Cancel Subscription".
3. Your subscription to Thenx will now be canceled.

Cancel Thenx Subscription on PayPal

1. Sign in to your PayPal Account and click "Settings ".
2. Select "Payments" and click "Manage Automatic Payments".
3. Under Automatic Payments tab, click "Thenx" or "Thenx" » "Cancel".
4. You are now unsubscribed from Thenx

Cancel Thenx via Email

1. Open your email app
2. Provide all the relevant information regarding your account.
3. Provide a reason for the cancelation.
4. Send the email to support@redacted... Login to see email.

1. Visit their website - https://thenx.com/ and login to your account.
2. Goto your profile or account page and click "Billings" or "Subscriptions".
3. Click "Cancel" to remove your subscription.

• I bought Thenx monthly membership and later I cancelled it. But I saw that I was charged this month again and my membership is still active even tho I have cancelled it and I have removed my card. I cancelled my membership from App Store and the Thenx app but its still active and I there is no button to cancel it in the site or app.

• Hi there
  I have tried to cancel my membership (username sportsfreakzh1, email chbuettiker@redacted) at thenx.com some months ago and I was thinking that it worked. It did not. I am rebilled monthly. Going on my app, I tried to find details as billings or subscriptions but there are no details or direction how I can delete membership. the Only thing is "Delete account" (does that mean cancel membership?).
  I also tried to find on the google play store a possibility to cancel. No details about thenx.
  
  As a consequence I try now via email to cancel my membership.
  
  Please do so and send me a confirmation.
