Cancel MIPC Subscription on iPhone & iPad

1. On your phone, open "Settings" and tap your Apple ID profile.
2. Click "Subscriptions" and select "MIPC".
3. Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm the cancellation.

Alternative method via AppStore:

1. Goto the Appstore » your Profile » Subscriptions.
2. select "MIPC" and click "Cancel Subscription".

Cancel MIPC Subscription on Android

1. Launch the PlayStore app and click the hamburger menu icon.
2. Select "Subscriptions" » tap "MIPC" » click "Cancel Subscription".
3. Your subscription to MIPC will now be canceled.

Cancel MIPC Subscription on PayPal

1. Sign in to your PayPal Account and click "Settings ".
2. Select "Payments" and click "Manage Automatic Payments".
3. Under Automatic Payments tab, click "MIPC" or "kugle" » "Cancel".
4. You are now unsubscribed from MIPC

Cancel MIPC via Email

1. Open your email app
2. Provide all the relevant information regarding your account.
3. Provide a reason for the cancelation.
4. Send the email to mipc.dev@redacted... Login to see email.

Cancel Subscription Directly on MIPC's Website

1. Visit their website - http://mipcm.com and login to your account.
2. Goto your profile or account page and click "Billings" or "Subscriptions".
3. Click "Cancel" to remove your subscription.

• Hi I paid for 2 years of cloud service but I did not like the service and the camera for many reasons so I just want to stop the service from renewing itself. I paid for the cloud storage through the MIPC app on my iPhone. The subscription DOES NOT show up under subscriptions on the apple App Store though. I tried logging into the MIPC website but it says my account was never activated. I found the old activation email from when I bought the service on September of last year but it says the link expired but I'm pretty sure I activated it. I see no other way to stop the service from renewing itself and charging me again so please help me cancel this.

• Good Afternoon,
  On June 15, 2020, I purchased a subscription for my (2) camera units, for 30day cycle record (HD) for 24 months for $49.995. I was charged $99.99 and only to one unit. Please either issue immediate refund or utilize the balance for another subscription to my 2nd camera.
