Cancel MailDroid Pro Subscription on iPhone & iPad

1. On your phone, open "Settings" and tap your Apple ID profile.
2. Click "Subscriptions" and select "MailDroid Pro - Email App".
3. Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm the cancellation.

Alternative method via AppStore:

1. Goto the Appstore » your Profile » Subscriptions.
2. select "MailDroid Pro" and click "Cancel Subscription".

Cancel MailDroid Pro Subscription on Android

1. Launch the PlayStore app and click the hamburger menu icon.
2. Select "Subscriptions" » tap "MailDroid Pro - Email App" » click "Cancel Subscription".
3. Your subscription to MailDroid Pro will now be canceled.

Cancel MailDroid Pro Subscription on PayPal

1. Sign in to your PayPal Account and click "Settings ".
2. Select "Payments" and click "Manage Automatic Payments".
3. Under Automatic Payments tab, click "MailDroid Pro - Email App" or "Flipdog Solutions, LLC" » "Cancel".
4. You are now unsubscribed from MailDroid Pro

Cancel MailDroid Pro via Email

1. Open your email app
2. Provide all the relevant information regarding your account.
3. Provide a reason for the cancelation.
4. Send the email to maildroiddev@redacted... Login to see email.

Cancel Subscription Directly on MailDroid Pro's Website

1. Visit their website - http://bit.ly/ibpavB and login to your account.
2. Goto your profile or account page and click "Billings" or "Subscriptions".
3. Click "Cancel" to remove your subscription.

1. NOTE: Starting with version 3. 24 you can now export out your pop3 emails in MBox format to export and import through different versions of MailDroid using the backup pop3 menu item under settings.

2. SPAM SUBSCRIPTION (IN-APP PAYMENT) DOES NOT CARRY OVER FROM AD TO PRO. 1. If you are on version 4. 77 for the Ad and Pro version, most settings will transfer automatically if both are installed; however, we still suggest that you make a backup by exporting your settings to your SD card from the menu in the ad version, settings, import/export, export screen.

3. On the accounts screen, import your settings using import legacy if you exported settings prior to 2. 90 or choose import if you are on version 2. 90 and above.

4. NOTE: WE ARE AWARE OF A LICENSING ISSUE DUE TO THE NEW GOOGLE PLAY VERSION JUST RELEASED A FEW DAYS AGO.

5. The pro version does contain some extra features that are not available in the ad version.

6. This is the Pro version of MailDroid and contains NO ads.

7. Support for the pro version is the same as for the ad version (email only and no phone).

8. PLEASE DOWNLOAD AND TRY THE AD VERSION BEFORE BUYING.

9. MailDroid is an Exchange/POP3/IMAP Idle Push mail client written from the ground up and and not based on the stock mail client.

10. THE AD VERSION IS FREE!!!!
