1. Delete iSmKit Account through Email

There are 2 methods to get your data (and account) deleted by iSmKit:

• For the past 24-48h, my PVR computer/screen doesn't show any video (same on the app) although it says the my nuage ID device is ONLINE. Not sure how to get it fixed...
