Alternatively, you can follow these steps below to get JEPCO Customer Services to delete your account/data:
JEPCO application has the following features: side menu: - Create client own profile, to allow JEPCO serve him better - Manage client many sub-accounts/subscriptions - The client can scan invoice/bill barcode to add sub-account - Meter Self-Read Archive: The client can view up to 3 previous months/reads images of his Meter Self- reading (if the client used the Meter Self-reading feature in the app) - All JEPCO important contact information, the clients can contact JEPCO support directly through email and direct calls shortcuts Main menu: - Receive different types of push notifications (such as meter reading date, invoice/bill issued, invoice/bill paid…) - View previous notifications sent to the client (by pressing on the bell on the top) - Inquire about invoices, from this feature the client can: o Move from the sub-account to another o “Refresh” to get last status o Get invoice/bill details by pressing on the invoice/bill o Use invoice/bill presentment (in the top of details page) - Meter Self-reading: o Which can show the client the following features: § Meter ready to be read § Meter already read within the authorized period § When the date of meter to be read o Allows the client to take, submit a photo and enter the reading of his meter (for the meter ready to be read), in order to allow JEPCO issue a new Invoice/bill - Account statement, this feature is useful for the client as he can: o Move from the sub-account to another o See all the due invoices/bills and total receivable balance o Use in JEPCO offices (to go to cashier directly): § For paying an invoice / bill by pressing on the “single” invoice/bill, which show barcode that JEPCO cashier can read § Can pay all due invoices/bills by pressing on the barcode icon beside the total receivables, which show barcode that JEPCO cashier can read - Consumption calculation, which allow the client to: o Use Consumption calculator (for simulation) o Use Calculate the current (assuming that the consumption is for one month and calculated on the latest tariff)
