Cancel PictureThis Subscription on iPhone & iPad

On your phone, open "Settings" and tap your Apple ID profile.
Click "Subscriptions" and select "PictureThis - Plant Identifier".
Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm the cancellation.

Alternative method via AppStore:

Goto the Appstore » your Profile » Subscriptions.
select "PictureThis" and click "Cancel Subscription".

Cancel PictureThis Subscription on Android

Launch the PlayStore app and click the hamburger menu icon.
Select "Subscriptions" » tap "PictureThis - Plant Identifier" » click "Cancel Subscription".
Your subscription to PictureThis will now be canceled.

Cancel PictureThis Subscription on PayPal

Sign in to your PayPal Account and click "Settings ".
Select "Payments" and click "Manage Automatic Payments".
Under Automatic Payments tab, click "PictureThis - Plant Identifier" or "Glority LLC" » "Cancel".
You are now unsubscribed from PictureThis

Cancel PictureThis via Email

Open your email app
Provide all the relevant information regarding your account.
Provide a reason for the cancelation.
Send the email to support@redacted... Login to see email.

I paid for a subscription to plant identifier, and thought i cancelled it. I then deleted the app. My subscriptions show that it is active only I cannot reinstall the app, or cancel it through my subscriptions. This is a very crappy deal with no way of contacting someone that can help. Please advise.

Hi, in error I have subscribed to Picture This Platinum for 1 year from 19th September 2021. I have just been charged £48.99. I did not realize that I had subscribed to the Platinum service for one year and I am unable to afford this amount of money. I offer to pay for Picture This Gold (1 week) service to cover the period from 19th Sept. I have only used the app on the day i downloaded it. I request this in good faith.

Hello. Earlier today, while with my young son, we were exploring the "Picture This" app from the App store. After a few quick clicks, I was guided directly to the premium version of the app and was charged $29.99 for a subscription. I would kindly ask that this money be refunded, as I do not want this product. I would be happy to pay the $2.99 for the one week Gold option if a full refund can not be awarded.

I downloaded this app for the seven day free trail and I would have been prepared to pay £20 per year for it however the app constantly said no internet connection. I had internet connection as the free plan identifier app worked. Please cancel my Plant ID subscription. I tried to cancel this last year but was charged 29.99 plus tax, and could not cancel via iPhone or apple iTunes account.
