1. Delete INFINITI InTouch Account through Email

There are 2 methods to get your data (and account) deleted by INFINITI InTouch™ Services:

1. Under GDPR: EU/UK Residents have the right to ask (via email), an organization that holds data about them to delete it. This is known as the ‘right to erasure’. Organizations have one month to respond to the request.


2. Under CCPA: California residents have the right to request that a company delete the data/personal information it has on them. A failure to comply with this will result in a fine of upto $7,500.

Alternatively, you can follow these steps below to get INFINITI InTouch to delete your account/data:

1. To delete your INFINITI InTouch account, contact INFINITI InTouch via email and provide the reasons for your request.
2. Mention the law under which you make your request (GDPR or CCPA).
3. Notify INFINITI InTouch of the penalty for non-compliance - A $7,500 fine under CCPA and 4% of annual turnover under GDPR.

2. How to Delete INFINITI InTouch on Iphone

1. On iphone, Goto "Settings "
2. Click on "General" » "Iphone Storage".
3. Select the app, and click "Delete INFINITI InTouch™ Services".

3. Delete INFINITI InTouch on Android phone

1. Go to your Android phone Settings.
2. Click on "Apps & Games".
3. Select "INFINITI InTouch™ Services" and Click "Uninstall".

1. Clients having purchased an INFINITI vehicle with this type of hardware must have enrolled in INFINITI InTouch Services prior to June 1, 2021 to activate the service to have received access through February 22, 2022 (access is subject to cellular network availability and coverage limitations).

2. As of February 22, 2022, all INFINITI vehicles equipped with telematics hardware compatible for use with the 3G cellular network will be unable to connect to the 3G network and unable to access the INFINITI InTouch Services features.

3. The INFINITI InTouch® Services app brings remote access, security and convenience features from your INFINITI to your compatible Android smartphone or Wear OS smartwatch.

4. *The INFINITI InTouch Services telematics program was affected by AT&T’s decision to discontinue its 3G cellular network.

5. This app requires an active subscription to INFINITI InTouch Services, which is included with the purchase of a new, compatible INFINITI vehicle.

6. INFINITI InTouch Services is NOT available on 2020/2021 Q50, Q60, QX50 or QX80.

7. Please note that feature availability varies by model, year, trim level, packaging, and options; not all equipped vehicles are able to access all features.
