There are 2 methods to get your data (and account) deleted by SEMS Portal:

• My device installation support team will install the account by their support team. Zon7 | Support [support@redacted]. Since I already made an account by using madsum@redacted email, they can't do it. They suggested me to remove my account and then let them know about it. • We have solar power, and managed* by SEMS portal. We had a minor power outage this morning, and when I restored power, my SEMS portal could not connect. I accessed the inverter and tried to connect to WiFi-Solar etc. however the wifi address would not appear on my phone for me to restore. I attempted several times by keying in the Wifi address, but it did not register.
  Having said that, my inverter indicates that is is absorbing Solar energy, but it's not translating across to my SEMS Portal.
