1. Delete THR Librarian Account through Email

There are 2 methods to get your data (and account) deleted by THR Librarian:

1. Under GDPR: EU/UK Residents have the right to ask (via email), an organization that holds data about them to delete it. This is known as the ‘right to erasure’. Organizations have one month to respond to the request.


2. Under CCPA: California residents have the right to request that a company delete the data/personal information it has on them. A failure to comply with this will result in a fine of upto $7,500.

Alternatively, you can follow these steps below to get THR Librarian to delete your account/data:

1. To delete your THR Librarian account, contact THR Librarian via email and provide the reasons for your request.
2. Mention the law under which you make your request (GDPR or CCPA).
3. Notify THR Librarian of the penalty for non-compliance - A $7,500 fine under CCPA and 4% of annual turnover under GDPR.

2. How to Delete THR Librarian on Iphone

1. On iphone, Goto "Settings "
2. Click on "General" » "Iphone Storage".
3. Select the app, and click "Delete THR Librarian".

3. Delete THR Librarian on Android phone

1. Go to your Android phone Settings.
2. Click on "Apps & Games".
3. Select "THR Librarian" and Click "Uninstall".

1. Simply attach your Android phone or tablet to your amplifier using a USB On-The-Go adapter, and you can switch between patches and edit them right from your device.

2. If these checks all succeed and you are still not able to get the app to connect, please contact us directly at apps4amps@gmail.com. Note we are unable to provide support for connection issues through the Play Store review channel, as it only permits a single character-limited response.

3. The only way you can access more than 5 patches is hook your amp up to a PC or Mac and install Yamaha's THR Editor application.

4. 1) Verify your amplifier is able to connect to Yamaha's THR Editor on your PC.

5. - A Yamaha THR5, THR5A, THR10, THR10C or THR10X amplifier (THR-II series not currently supported).

6. In addition, some of the amplifier effects such as the compressor are only accessible through Yamaha's PC application.

7. The free version of the app allows you to test your connection and load the built-in demo patches.

8. 2) Verify your phone/tablet supports USB OTG using one of the free OTG checker apps in the Play Store.
