5. We also provide feedback on your pacing across different types of sessions, so your fitness develops faster and you increase the chances of reaching your goal.
6. Your training weeks are laid out on a vertical timeline, clearly showing a summary of each session type, duration, intensity and which sessions you've completed.
7. It then ADAPTS your plan each week to optimise your training and to keep you on track with your goal.
