I am trying to update the EPG . Keeps saying failed to update . I contacted the IPTV provider it isn’t their problem I am using the same source for for URL . They say contact Tivimate I uninstall the app and reinstall it again . Same issue any suggestions
Tivimate companion won't accept my payment even though I used my credit card to add money to google play. I don't know why it won't let me pay but I can't set up tivimate premium without an account.

My TiviMate Companion is saying I dont have a subscription, but I do have a lifetime subscription and it is ssying I do on my tivimate application on my firestick. I may need to deactivite one of my devices, but not seeing a way to do so without being able to log into the companion, Please help
Epg time offset won't correct. I offset hours but it does not adjust ,I tried plus 3 minus 3 or 5.... no change in guide? Not sure why epg is is not correct,it seems sporadic, some channels are right others are off 5 hrs,have a few providers one seems right others are off. This just started a day ago,cant think of anything that has changed. I'm not sure where the problem lies,was hoping you may have an idea from past issues that may seem familiar to mine or have a suggestion how to correct or where to look? Thank you for any help at all!

Hello, i am not able to login on TIVIMATE
We have Tivimate companion since March with 4 activated devices however, we can only access/view content on one device at a time. While that device is being used the other devices get a 401 error.
What do we need to do to fix this? As stated above, I registered back in March and have not ever been able to successfully use the premium account.
