1. Just use 4 anime (not the app) 😔✌Big NO! When I used to have an Ipad I used this all the time! Now I tried to use it on another device and it wouldn't let me in with a verification code, it gave us 4 things to choose from to "ensure we aren't a robot" but all of the options wanted me to give them personal info like my credit card info or my postal code so I give this a 2 out of 5 from past experiences.When you are trying to get in the app as soon as you press a button an ad.
2. do NOT download this app.I had to go through a verification step, after I finished the 2 steps I had to choose out of 4 apps I "have" to download, I exited out of it and went back to the app I couldn't click anything else but the verification button.
3. I didnt even get to watch a any anime because I had to get a verification code.
4. English isn't even spelled right on the suspiciously designed site you need to go to.I haven't even used the app yet because I can't get though the loading screen wothout an ad! No matter what time I press "next" there's an ad every few seconds.
5. Don't download unless you want to not watch anime.
6. It was terrible! I finished getting through almost all the verification steps, but then it needed to check if I was a robot.
7. I believe 3 wanted my credit card information, one wanted my Turkish license or something, and they just all were very suspicious and weird.
8. The fact that you have to give credit card information, and ur Zip/Postal code is a big no.I'm not very happy with this app.
9. Ads only play after an episode and I can find most of the animes I want to watch.
10. It was suggested to me to watch Anime on and I can't even watch it.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix KATSU Issues
1. Fix KATSU Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart KATSU: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the KATSU App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KATSU" » Open KATSU by Orion Android Assidtant » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KATSU » click "UPDATE".
- Clear KATSU by Orion Android Assidtant app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KATSU servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KATSU by Orion Android Assidtant" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check KATSU app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KATSU might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall KATSU. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KATSU then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KATSU not working
2. Fix KATSU Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KATSU be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KATSU not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KATSU may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Hi I can’t download KATSU for the App Store please make it available in my country and regions which is in South Africa
My KATSU isn’t working everytime I try to watch anime it tells me to download molecules which I try to but it never loads them so there’s only a black screen with nothing showing up.
i’m just trying to watch anime and it doesn’t load. there’s a loading sign and then when it’s done it just disappears and everything is blank. i’m just trying to finish hunter x hunter and it was working fine a few days ago. this honestly sucks.
When I enter KATSU when it goes to load my modules it takes a minute and it doesn’t load anything it won’t load my favourites either.
I have been using the app for about 2 weeks and have been loving it so far, but today all my downloaded videos such as the ones I have and haven’t viewed, doesn’t seem to be loading. I checked and I still have plenty of storage, and all these downloaded episodes shows that the download is complete (100/100) So I tried restarting both the app and the gadget I’m using, while also waiting a few hours before opening the app again, only to find that the app is still not working. What I havent tried yet was deleting the app and reinstalling in fear that all the episodes I have downloaded will be deleted. Hopefully there is a way to fix this without my downloaded episodes getting deleted.
I have used katsu for a year and I didn’t have any problem but today it stoped working where the anime’s have stopped loading and idk what to do plz help me and thank u

i’m watching ef a tale of memories in gogoanime and when i try to watch episode 8 and 9 when i click the episode it shows (safari) when i click that it doesn’t load up the episode and i cant find it anywhere else please help
I love Katsu so much! But, to better improve the app, I hope we can connect the app with different devices to save data from the main device. Recently, I have saved a lot of anime in the favorites, watching and finished section of the app, but because I had to reset my phone, the lists were gone. It was unfortunate because I had saved over a hundred anime that I plan to watch and are still watching. I hope you can resolve this! Thank you!
