1. So went back to using roccat power grid, which they do not support anymore but still works.Support for this is now dead, Roccart Swarm software was updated last week which removes the swarm connect module fully.

2. It seems to me that the application does not work, because it was made for the old version of Desktop Swarm.if it isn't connecting, enable the offline mode in the desktop program.

3. It's really sad actually, one year has passed since the last update and I can connect the apps but the monitoring doesn't work and the app is lagging.

4. Uninstalled from phone and PC.It dont work, install swarm on my pc, and swarm off the playstore, try to pair them and nothing, it finds my pc, nothing happens.

9. Not only is your equipment better than that of others, also ideas like these give you a huge advantage over the competition.Pretty sweet hardware and software is user friendly.

1. Fix ROCCAT Swarm Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ROCCAT Swarm: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ROCCAT Swarm App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ROCCAT Swarm" » Open ROCCAT Swarm » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ROCCAT Swarm » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ROCCAT Swarm app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ROCCAT Swarm servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ROCCAT Swarm" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ROCCAT Swarm app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ROCCAT Swarm might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ROCCAT Swarm. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ROCCAT Swarm then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ROCCAT Swarm not working

2. Fix ROCCAT Swarm Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ROCCAT Swarm be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ROCCAT Swarm not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ROCCAT Swarm may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
