Why should I report an Issue with Leeloo AAC - Autism Speech App?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Only problem is I can't find a way to turn off the part where it says the category when you press it [for example, you press the hello conversation button, and it says hello before you can choose what you actually want to say.] It's gotten me into confusing interactions out in public, which only stresses me out more.It has many good choices and you can even make your own! I love this app so much but I have just one problem so I really hope you guys are this, the voice, I love the voice so many great options and different pitches.

2. If you could add speed options or make it speak at a slower pace I would definitely put it at 5 stars.great app !! although i think all of the packs of cards within the app should be free.

3. the only problem i had is that when you scroll down, it can voice a sentence that you didn't mean to press, but if you use it carefully it's not gonna be a major issue.

4. very simple and easy on the eyes.I like this app and mainly use the text to speech portion of it, but because of that I wish there was a way you could turn off the "Hello [name]" when you open the app because if I'm trying to talk to someone it just seems like I'm saying hi to myself which is weird.

5. Very upsetting because before I paid the subscription it worked fine.Some of the premium packs are odd in what phrases they include or don't include.

6. hope this can get fixed!this app is incredible! it has lots of different topics, some are locked behind premium, but the most important ones are free.

7. I also know it might be a long shot but it would be nice if there were different voice options and speed options.

8. plus the tempo it is so fast and the voice is so robotic that I don't see how children with cognitive and developmental challenges can find it beneficial for their learning needs.

1. Fix Leeloo AAC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Leeloo AAC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Leeloo AAC App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Leeloo AAC" » Open Leeloo AAC - Autism Speech App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Leeloo AAC » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Leeloo AAC - Autism Speech App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Leeloo AAC servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Leeloo AAC - Autism Speech App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Leeloo AAC app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Leeloo AAC might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Leeloo AAC. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Leeloo AAC then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Leeloo AAC not working

2. Fix Leeloo AAC Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Leeloo AAC be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Leeloo AAC not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Leeloo AAC may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
