1. By gambling I mean... In my experience these free trials usually have massive hoops to jump through to cancel, flat out don't cancel you, charge you anyway or in some other way fail to give you your money back.The game is way too expensive for me to buy so thats the reason I gave it one star please make the game more cheaper for me to give this five starsI am 8 years old and yet NO EDUCATION came to me .This is a 4 year old game this game also it waists your money by the cost of 100 dollars .
2. I recommend the free trail and nothing else.Free trial has a trap that you have to remember to cancel before the end of the trial or you automatically get charged $79.
3. This means the child is excited to try the app and the parent is left with a choice of disappointing the child or handing over Google Pay approval in hopes of being able to cancel the subscription if the app isn't to their kid's liking.
4. I was also irked that the way the free trial actually works didn't reveal itself until the app appears to be ready for the child to use and it is handed over to the child.
5. You have to remember to cancel before the end of free trial if you don't like/use the app.
6. Free trials should simply stop the app from working at the end of the trial until the individual elects to pay the subscription fee.
7. I used to play Crocodile Catch a lot but now I can't pass level 45 because the time limit is only a minute.I have been trying to CANCEL AND DELETE this app for the past 6 days! This app Does Not allow you ease of access to cancel subscriptions and cancel the account.
8. And can you add water to the usable blocks? If you are so kind to do this, I'd gladly give a 5-star rating.๐๐The app is unusable without gambling more than $60 on a "free trial" offer.
9. The cost is 99.99$ a year, they give you a free 7 day trail, after which you are charged the subscription fee.
10. However, trying to cancel the subscription prior to the end of the trail THEY MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE! Total scam to get your money.
11. The way the free trial is implemented is bad for consumers and is shady.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix codeSpark Issues
1. Fix codeSpark Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart codeSpark: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the codeSpark App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "codeSpark" » Open codeSpark - Coding for Kids » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for codeSpark » click "UPDATE".
- Clear codeSpark - Coding for Kids app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from codeSpark servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "codeSpark - Coding for Kids" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check codeSpark app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, codeSpark might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall codeSpark. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall codeSpark then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing codeSpark not working
2. Fix codeSpark Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make codeSpark be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to codeSpark not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, codeSpark may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

My credit card was illegally charged today for 99.99, I never gave permission or authorization to charge my card. Not sure what tyoevof business your running but you need to look into these random charges closely or your business will suffer

I need to delete my account for Morgan.sauer@redacted because I accidentally signed up as a parent instead of a teacher. After this has been done, I will create an account through the teacher side to use codeSpark at my school.

I mistakenly signed up as a parent instead of a teacher. When I realized what I had done, I deleted the parent account but now I am unable to create a teacher account with my school email. Could you please help me?

My son, Brenin Sharp, has funds available through the Arizona Department of Education -Empowerment Scholarship Account. On May 19th he was approved to purchase the lifetime membership for $99. I assumed at that time that the approvement that they would pay but when I try to log in it tells me I have no account. Can someone please assist me with this to let my son can begin using the program for the school year. 602-488-3084 or my email. Thank you.
