1. Please fix itLittle kids would really enjoy this!! It gets boring after awhile just doing the same stuff over and over but it's fun to mess around with for a while and I'd say kids ages up to 7 would enjoy this! Possibly even up to 8 actually!! It has too many ad's but I don't really know what else I was supposed to expect...but yeah it's everything the cover says it is and I do recommend this for ages 8 and under🤪To many ads, it's so annoying and makes my kid get frustrated with the gameEveryone complaining about too many ads, responding we will fix but nothing is done.

1. Fix My Unicorn Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My Unicorn: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My Unicorn App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Unicorn" » Open My Unicorn: Fun Games » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Unicorn » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My Unicorn: Fun Games app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Unicorn servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Unicorn: Fun Games" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My Unicorn app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Unicorn might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My Unicorn. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Unicorn then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Unicorn not working

2. Fix My Unicorn Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Unicorn be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Unicorn not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Unicorn may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
