1. Giving 3 stars because I can't open the menu and access 70% of the other contentfree, no ads and great design! amazing! for no reason I'm not able to open the menu otherwise I would give 5stars.Hello guys, it's a great app.

2. But the label they use for a chicken when you hit the info button is inappropriate for a toddler so I had to Uninstall the app and get anotherLove the app overall! Simple cute design, simple operation.

3. The best thing about the app is that my kid can't do much except clicking the image and listen to the sound.It would be perfect, if only it could register the touch of my toddlers finger... he just ended up being frustrated with it.My toddler used to love the animal sounds.

4. For those who are not able to access the menu you have to hold the button for 5 seconds unfortunately the toast doesn't appear on some devices.

1. Fix Sounds Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sounds: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sounds App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sounds" » Open Sounds for Toddlers » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sounds » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sounds for Toddlers app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sounds servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sounds for Toddlers" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sounds app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sounds might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sounds. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sounds then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sounds not working

2. Fix Sounds Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sounds be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sounds not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sounds may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
