1. i tried uninstalling the app and downloading it but doesnt workI like it so much even if theres no too much to do with the baby ponys but they are so cute and this game is really fun you can paint the doors you can feed the baby change their clothes design their drawer and also you can unbox a present for the babys but some of them needs to watch an ad but it is ok cause theirs no ads and this app is good in android phones cause it didnt log and actually it didnt hang and plus theirs no ads i love it i am telling this to my friend🥰❤maybe they would love itI like the game.

2. when she is dresssing up one of the characters the skirt ends up where the shirt should be and then we cant get it removed which i dont understand how or why that happens,It was fun but.. not enough things to do maybe make it possible to unlock new characters and have in game money to unlock the characters and maybe get money by minigames and it would more fun maybe make baby ponys move around and things or some thing i enjoy it any wayVery nice game.

3. 2 when I dress the pony up there clothes gitch out of there body!!!,3 this game keeps freezing very time this game is so annoying don't recommend this game.I downloaded this for my daughter but it doesn't work.

4. Not great.This game is glitchy! My daughter has played it for 10 minutes and clicking a pony or the arrow to finish an activity, it doesn't respond.

1. Fix Ba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ba App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ba" » Open Baby Pony Sisters » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ba » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Baby Pony Sisters app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ba servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Baby Pony Sisters" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ba might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ba then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ba not working

2. Fix Ba Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ba may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
