I would love if you could respond to my review about this.I gave this a 1 star cause i can't even play any games in here iand the loadings take a lot of time but really it is a nice looking game i would gave more but try to fix it🤔It's amazing! It has all the games you wanna play!! Definitely recommend this app.This is the worst game ever I.

2. Edit: Apparently it's a TutoPlay subscription... I would rather just download the games that have TutoClub enabled and play them fully... The subscription is kinda pricey and would cost me 30€ for a one time purchase... I can save up for it, but I find it kinda money-grabbing to make 2 subscriptions.

If you fix these bugs I will give it a 5.I am scared of the characters a little bit first of all, secondly, some games I really enjoyed got removed, thirdly, sometimes the games are missing something, and fourth, it is not even close to all of the games and there are also games that are copies of other games like monster high, fifth of all,all of the games are very limited, you dont get many options.

5. Can't even play this because it stucks on white screen if u fix it I will rate it 5 starsI gave this a 2 cuz I have tons of bugs 1.

6. The game is still fine but if you are a free user then you can only access certain parts of all games.

8. When it does allow her to play it's only a few minutes before the screen turns white and we have to restart the app.

9. Sometimes it says "no image" and shows an id number on some games.

10. They were tons of " no image" and shows an id number in the game called "Power Girls Super City".

1. Fix TutoPLAY Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TutoPLAY: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TutoPLAY App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TutoPLAY" » Open TutoPLAY » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TutoPLAY » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TutoPLAY app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TutoPLAY servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TutoPLAY" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TutoPLAY app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TutoPLAY might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TutoPLAY. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TutoPLAY then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TutoPLAY not working

2. Fix TutoPLAY Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TutoPLAY be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TutoPLAY not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TutoPLAY may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
