1. Useless waste of space.I had it when I was little and really enjoyed it so I downloaded it again as a grade 5 nearly leader of the school.I am getting nothing but a blank screen when I open the App have uninstalled and reinstalled and still just blank screenI am in year five and I am learning and it is by remote learning and so we are doing skoolbo and it is entertaining I am on it everyday now to beat everyone in my class!!!! And at the minute I am in first place against my whole intire class it is greatWhat the f , I got this game for the languages because I was told they were getting new ones .

2. Use the browser even with the delay in loading atleast it works.Downloaded the app so my daughter can still keep up when away from home, it loads nothing but a blank screen.

1. Fix Skoolbo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Skoolbo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Skoolbo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Skoolbo" » Open Skoolbo » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Skoolbo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Skoolbo app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Skoolbo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Skoolbo" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Skoolbo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Skoolbo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Skoolbo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Skoolbo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Skoolbo not working

2. Fix Skoolbo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Skoolbo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Skoolbo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Skoolbo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
