1. They shouldn't mix up the order of words in a pack! When I left off at 115 words and went back to my place, it showed a DIFFERENT 115th word than before! You guys SERIOUSLY need to have a setting for turning off the shuffle words setting not only in bookmarks but also in the packs ITSELF, too.

1. Fix Word Club Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Word Club: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Word Club App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Word Club" » Open Word Club » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Word Club » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Word Club app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Word Club servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Word Club" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Word Club app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Word Club might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Word Club. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Word Club then reinstall.
