I would love to let my daughter use this app once the bugs are worked out.My problem is you are making it impossible to cancel my account, i loved this app for my son, had no problem paying the monthly fee when i chose to but to make it impossible to cancel it is just wrong.The game doesn't work and they want you to sign up so they can charge you.

2. Parents, try to talk your kids out of this app!My child loves Ryan and was really excited to play, the game started well but now the video's are freezing at the end and not bringing up the question so he can't move on to the next video.

1. Fix Ryan's Lab Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ryan's Lab: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ryan's Lab App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ryan's Lab" » Open Ryan's Lab » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ryan's Lab » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ryan's Lab app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ryan's Lab servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ryan's Lab" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ryan's Lab app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ryan's Lab might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ryan's Lab. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ryan's Lab then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ryan's Lab not working
