1. They almost had a new customer 😔 Edit to add: they do offer one free week, but I couldn't do that to my daughter.. have everything unlocked just for it to go back to being locked a few days later 😒I was charged for a year subscription when I signed up for a 7 day free trail.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Kiddopia Issues

1. Fix Kiddopia Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Kiddopia: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Kiddopia App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kiddopia" » Open Kiddopia - Kids Learning Games » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kiddopia » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Kiddopia - Kids Learning Games app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kiddopia servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kiddopia - Kids Learning Games" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Kiddopia app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kiddopia might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Kiddopia. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kiddopia then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kiddopia not working


2. Fix Kiddopia Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kiddopia be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Kiddopia not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Kiddopia may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I want to unsubscribe this app but every time I tried to unsubscribe this app it flashes a message that there is no subscription. Every month monthly subscription of rs 250 deducted from my account. Kindly fix this problem asap and refund my 3 month subscription also because my daughter didn’t used this app

To who this may concern. I brought this app for my grand daughter last year when schools were closed to help her with learning. However she only used the app for a few days. I don’t believe we ever set a password or registered the account. I thought I cancelled this subscription after i was charged. I had to get my grand daughter tutored. This app did not keep her attention. The app was deleted from my iPad . I am requesting this subscription be canceled and a full refund of the amount charged to my credit card. As you can probably see, the app has not been logged into at all. Hello, I purchased an annual subscription to Kiddopia, and while I am able to use it on the Kindle that I used to purchase, I cannot access it on my Chromebook. I am using my email address - hyojinxlee@redacted - to log into the app, but when I click on "Restore Purchases" I get an error message that I have not made any purchases previously. I had the same issue when I originally subscribed with Apple, and thought it was an Apple issue so I had them cancel my subscription and purchased this time through Amazon, but the issue is still there. Please advise.

I tried the free trial and after I canceled the subscription I never received the cancellation email. I then noticed my credit card had been charged for a yearly subscription.
