1. Don't know how long.Waste app,it won't play whatever we ask,it will do their own kind and even we cant go back of that app, we can't use any other app while using this miko app...Waste of money,they need to improvise this app, Disappointed with this miko it has only few rhymes it will keep on playing the same rhymes even if we ask that to play another....very badMiko needs to use your mobile phone for all functions.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My Miko Issues

1. Fix My Miko Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart My Miko: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the My Miko App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Miko" » Open My Miko » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Miko » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear My Miko app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Miko servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Miko" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My Miko app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Miko might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My Miko. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Miko then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Miko not working


2. Fix My Miko Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Miko be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Miko not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Miko may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Please cancel my subscription I’m in the 7 day free trial and entered my credit card information and I would like to cancel and not be charged $99
