Why should I report an Issue with Read with Phonzy: Reading Game?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Not "I neither prefer apples or pears." Other than that graphics are nice and tge concept of recording to play back was entertaining for kids.it does not correct you if you read a completly diferent sentance.... for instance the sentance is do you like fish? and you press the record button and say i do want pizza he still claps and you move on to the next level... i dont find this app help full for my 5 year old.You can get it wrong and it says you got it right.

2. Instead it gives you the sentence to read (no option to change difficulty or age range so comes out with words which can be unsuitable for age range) if its too tricky the help button gives the answer and praises them for saying anything into the microphone regardless of if its correct.

3. First, the sentences are quite long which is intimidating for a new reader, and then while she was trying to sound out the sentence, the game butts in speaking loudly to remind you to press the microphone button.

4. I made an account and recieved an email but when trying to loginto the account it says my email or password is incorrect.

5. So then I tried to reset the password on the tablet using my email (that I just used to create the account) and it said "account not found".

6. Complete waste of time.Horrible, you expect a 0-2 year old to read a full sentence with vocabulary words that are made for a teenager.

7. Not to mention every 5 seconds the voice talks to remind you to press the microphone button and the help button.

8. Regardless of what laws they are abiding by, having random recordings taken is a huge personal intrusion.I was writing the username for my little sister and I also filled the age thing out too but when I pressed check, it didn't do anything.

9. And the only option if the sentence is too hard is to press a button to have it read to you.

10. I'm uninstalling.After receiving email stating they take audio recordings from my phone I will not be using this app.

11. So twice now I've used different email addresses and twice I'm left with an unusable app!I had the same issue other users have had.

1. Fix Read with Phonzy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Read with Phonzy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Read with Phonzy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Read with Phonzy" » Open Read with Phonzy: Reading Game » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Read with Phonzy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Read with Phonzy: Reading Game app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Read with Phonzy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Read with Phonzy: Reading Game" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Read with Phonzy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Read with Phonzy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Read with Phonzy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Read with Phonzy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Read with Phonzy not working

2. Fix Read with Phonzy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Read with Phonzy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Read with Phonzy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Read with Phonzy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
