When attempting to contact their support, my email is returned saying that the address is not goodThis a great app and very fun and easy way to learn the the material needed to take and pass the safety course and get your license.Terrible. Continues to freeze through the course! the cheesy commentary is unbearable.Good fast-tracked way to get your boaters license however the fact that there's a storyline littered with dorky dialogue that in no way relates to boater safety is incredibly frustrating, especially when it drastically slows down the process of getting certified.

5. Not enjoyable.In the encounters course, you cannot read all of the description of what you are coming up on or why you got an activity right or wrong due to the words being cut in half horizontally across the top of the description screen.

1. Fix ilearntoboat Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ilearntoboat: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ilearntoboat App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ilearntoboat" » Open ilearntoboat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ilearntoboat » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ilearntoboat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ilearntoboat servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ilearntoboat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ilearntoboat app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ilearntoboat might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ilearntoboat. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ilearntoboat then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ilearntoboat not working
