1. 3 stars for being a buggy mess.Please update app with new pics, gif, also fix the bugs in app, duplicate pic, gif, and other names change wont update, trying make images show random it dont work keep getting unknow error and last when connect to both only one u can change images not the other.Lots of fun! Easy to use.

2. WHAT IS UP WITH YOUR PROGRAM ! Can you just make it simple to connect the lights to phone and can you guys actually put GIF in the GIF slide show it's just images ? Who thought it was a good idea to put a time limit on the GIF and images no matter what.

1. Fix XuanWheel Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart XuanWheel: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the XuanWheel App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "XuanWheel" » Open XuanWheel » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for XuanWheel » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear XuanWheel app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from XuanWheel servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "XuanWheel" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check XuanWheel app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, XuanWheel might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall XuanWheel. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall XuanWheel then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing XuanWheel not working

2. Fix XuanWheel Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make XuanWheel be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to XuanWheel not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, XuanWheel may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
