1. It has paid for itself in batteries alone that we were consuming with another product we were using that didn't have a wall outlet like the Snoozypod does.I have to say, the lack of customer support is terrible.

2. I set up my second Snoozypod unit after having returned the first one due to using the lock on the app and then the app not working which meant I couldn't control the Snoozypod.

3. Probably a BT version problem.Setup pain, had to find an older android device because it's not been updated in over a year.

4. When it does work, it's amazing...but litterally have issues every time I use the app...and that can even be standing outside door.

7. Complete garbage.Works great for us! None of the issues others have indicated they have problems with.

8. Like the snoozypod but it sucks that some features are only available with the app (like continious vibration, which is what I need..30min is not enough).

1. Fix Snoozypod Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Snoozypod: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Snoozypod App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Snoozypod" » Open Snoozypod » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Snoozypod » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Snoozypod app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Snoozypod servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Snoozypod" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Snoozypod app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Snoozypod might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Snoozypod. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Snoozypod then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Snoozypod not working

2. Fix Snoozypod Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Snoozypod be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Snoozypod not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Snoozypod may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
