1. This application simply stole my money and should be pulled from the storeIt has very useful lessons,videos and games for kids 😀Eating all your device disk space...Every time we run it it asks us to free some disk space... Not recommend foe devices with 16GB or 32GB space.

I cannot recommend the app if you are looking to teach and improve your kids' Arabic language.Why should we even subscribe when my child was younger i installed the app for her and i didnt have to subscribe and then i uninstalled it because she got bored from it and now she wants to play on it but she cant because of the substraction.

4. Not worth the money I paid for it and I am thinking to refund it.I'd suggest this app to anyone looking for a way to make child's early learning fun and amazing, I took this app for my Nephew (Age 6) in hopes of him learning things, and I am telling you this was such a right choice for me.

5. And the app is mediocre at best and when my kids deleted it without unsubscribe to it so it kept taking my money and I'm trying to unsubscribe but can't it do in play store and I'm also trying to login to my kids account I can't through the app .

6. I've never been happier seeing him actually interested in learning new things, they have like such a fun way of teaching my nephew with all of those videos, games, custom videos as per age group.

7. I bought a years subscription through direct pay, never recieved activation intructions and tech support never responded.

8. Note: internet connection is fast and I can open other apps without any issues, also I have 4GB of free space.

9. Contact the support they responded with automatic email tells they reply in 48 hours.

10. BUT surprisingly when I enter with our login from the chrome web to " subscriber " to we can go through with the same email account they are refusing to login .

1. Fix Lamsa Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Lamsa: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Lamsa App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Lamsa" » Open Lamsa - Kids Learning App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Lamsa » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Lamsa - Kids Learning App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Lamsa servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Lamsa - Kids Learning App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Lamsa app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Lamsa might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Lamsa. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Lamsa then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Lamsa not working

2. Fix Lamsa Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Lamsa be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Lamsa not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Lamsa may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
