1. I'm constantly logging out, there's always an error appearing on the screen that doesn't allow me to add new foods,... The knowledge and info accessible on the app is amazing and a true service to all the parents, but the paid version its not worth it.I'm also one of the people who paid for this app and getting frustrated by the bugs.
2. From the recent update, there are small bugs that make the experience frustrating all around: sync errors with the food tracker, lags in-between switching from different allergen categories, lags in the search bar.
3. I have bought the all access pass and it is worth every penny and then some! Recommend to all mamas, new and old, and to all who take part in children's mealtimes.This app was awesome and helpful for a couple weeks after I paid for it, but now I can't even open it.
4. I Unfortunately joined right around the time of the Spanish version rollout that I guess caused a ton of bugs so maybe my experience has been worse than most but the bugs don't stop coming.
5. Updated to 3 stars but I have had too many struggles with this app over time (black on black text, getting sent random places when clicking on things, etc) to rate it higher.
6. All of the comments from Solid Starts on other users' negative reviews saying "the app is all fixed now," is especially confusing and frustrating.
7. I'd like a refund for my yearly subscription ugh since I am not using anymore Edit- after another Uninstall and reinstall it worked..then stopped again :(Updated review: app has completely ceased to work.
8. What an absolute game changer! Starting solids has become so much easier, less stressful, more fun, and baby is the best eater! My oldest, who had become quite the picky eater, is also making improvements as an added bonus.

I want to cancel subscription. I have tried to cancel via ISO profile setting but do not have a cancellation option only renewal, which I find extremely odd. I have also tried via app profile which also only allows renewals. You should fix this issue because it seem sketchy on your company’s end. Please just cancel my renewals or I’ll have to report fraud through my crecard when it processes on 12/3/23
