I see both my kids name but when I click my account only option available is helpdesk.It's very good for children children can learn maths my child get were two medals from the school on calculating very fast.It really helped my child to clear her concepts and, here she is able to practice a lot.l really recommend 'Cuemath'.This app is good but can, be better sometimes after I finish a planet of maths problems it crashes please fix that problemGood app, for learning and playing with Mathematics.

3. Thank youHi, I use to take cuemath classes but I had to stop due to issues with my teacher, she was always biased to this one student, she would always say that he was better than me and I sucked at math because this one student was better than me.

4. While I was taking cuemath classes my teacher recemended this app to me, so I downloaded it, it was okay, but once I stopped taking these classes it stopped working wich is understandable.

1. Fix Cuemath Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cuemath: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cuemath App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cuemath" » Open Cuemath: Math Games & Classes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cuemath » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cuemath: Math Games & Classes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cuemath servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cuemath: Math Games & Classes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cuemath app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cuemath might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cuemath. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cuemath then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cuemath not working

2. Fix Cuemath Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cuemath be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Cuemath not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cuemath may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
