I had zero issues locking the game Fullscreen while my son played, and literally pressing 2 buttons to do away with it after.

4. My niece loved this from around 8-9 months when she first started being able to thwap at a phone screen up to around 18 months when it became too simple for her.

5. However the Pin function seems to have changed recently? Before to unpin you had to hold down the Recents and Back keys at the same time, but in the last week or two it seems to have changed to just holding down the Recents key to unpin - which my 14 month old does very easily by accident! Please change it back - otherwise great app :)Overall positive but there is downside to it too.

6. There are different sounds for each tap and best of all, you can lock the screen so none of your stuff gets messed up.

1. Fix Ba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ba App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ba" » Open Baby Color Tap » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ba » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Baby Color Tap app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ba servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Baby Color Tap" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ba might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ba then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ba not working

2. Fix Ba Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ba may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
