1. I bought the anaconda pack and my digging speed is extremely good!! I'm intrigued by the intriguing user interface design to see the bull walk, and there are minor mistakes.I've attempted to open and use this app several times since downloading, but I either get a plain white screen saying "client offline", or else it opens but when I click to try to start the miner the app freezes.

2. Now all that I have mined is gone and I am in the balance is negative and it's mining backwards! I bought the anaconda packet and all has went wrong since so I'm dropping my rating again to 1 star.

1. Fix Coku Network Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Coku Network: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Coku Network App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Coku Network" » Open Coku Network - Crypto Currency » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Coku Network » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Coku Network - Crypto Currency app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Coku Network servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Coku Network - Crypto Currency" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Coku Network app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Coku Network might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Coku Network. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Coku Network then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Coku Network not working

2. Fix Coku Network Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Coku Network be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Coku Network not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Coku Network may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
