1. when you buy the product, you get 800 games, however, every time you take a picture, the number of games decreases, and Kids don't realize this and take several shots of the same game, wasting game slots.

The only downside was that the upload time of 30 seconds took a little longer than impatient kids were willing to wait, at times.

11. The only thing that was complicated was that when we would take a picture of our game the app would read the wrong colors especially cause as you level up or move to the next book the colors change so sometimes it wouldn't work.

1. Fix Pixicade Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pixicade: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pixicade App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pixicade" » Open Pixicade - Game Creator » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pixicade » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pixicade - Game Creator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pixicade servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pixicade - Game Creator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pixicade app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pixicade might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pixicade. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pixicade then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pixicade not working

2. Fix Pixicade Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pixicade be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pixicade not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pixicade may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
