1. my gandaughter loves these games but please why so many adds for a chilren sgame,she could a can only finished one and a add pops up, surely for a childs game they could at lest get a couple of games in before an add pops up its upsetting to her,I like this one to but when it was the sleeping time for the baby I was to have repeatedly do up and down the mobile phone.

1. Fix Ba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ba App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ba" » Open Baby Care Babysitter & Daycare » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ba » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Baby Care Babysitter & Daycare app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ba servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Baby Care Babysitter & Daycare" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ba might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ba then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ba not working

2. Fix Ba Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
