1. awesome app! recommended!great implementation of the classic game! The game is all about seeing the crazy things that happen from simple beginning states... unless you're really cool, in which case you can use a simple start to build a cool structure that moves... the only suggestion i would make is giving you a place to name and store your own patterns (I've only found preset patterns).Great app, no ads and no strings attached makes for a very fun experience.
2. I do wish there was a way to block touch input while the game is running since I'll accidentally touch the screen edges and mess up the simulation but overall really good app.The app is very well made, and I found it very intuitive to customize all the options, but I wish there was a way to set the dimensions of the play area manually, instead of just up and down arrows.
3. Maybe you can consider making 'next' button, that would load the next pattern?Great, now I can experiment with this on the go...thanks! :D! Also, can you update the screenshots/app photos? A lot of the time, I judge apps by their screenshots being on older or newer devices.
4. However, move mode and paint mode are slightly confusing, and sometimes I paint when I mean to move, and vice versa.Works as intended, follow the rules of the game of life correctly.
5. Thank you for your time.Is a really good remake of the Game of Life with lots of cool features including editing the rules.
6. I rate it 4 stars for now as i hope there is an update where 1) we can play a simulation in a step-by-step mode to see the progress/regress in a simulation run and 2)the grid doesnt reset itself when we have to shrink the app.
7. I can understand how you might want to keep them, (Not going to specify what exactly I thought, because I have very limited space to write) but I think that people might use the same process to identify apps.
8. 1 when I zoom into the grid, I would like the app to remember all the tiles outside the screen, and for me to be able to move to those times so that I can more easily add small details to large patterns 2 to be able to save my own patterns to my device.
9. It's pretty simple to use, but it can be annoying when you try to move across the screen but end up messing up your cells because you were in paint mode.
10. If I somehow missed this in the settings please let me know. This is a clean, simple app to demonstrate Conway"s game of Life.
11. Aside from that, it would be nice if there was a slider in place of the arrows for speeding up time and resizing the map.l love it! really fun simulator! defintely can spend some time with this.
