1. 5 stars, guys! I loved it.!The best way to learn the alphabet I was able to learn the characters for hiragana in one day but sadly I had a hard time retaining but that's not the app's fault.Learning Hiragana and Katagana as a foreigner has never been so easy, thanks to this app.

2. Learning the Kana has always been my sticking point when I try to pick up Japanese and this game has helped noticeably with memorizing them.

1. Fix Kana Runner Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kana Runner: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kana Runner App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kana Runner" » Open Kana Runner - Learn Hiragana a » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kana Runner » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kana Runner - Learn Hiragana a app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kana Runner servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kana Runner - Learn Hiragana a" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kana Runner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kana Runner might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kana Runner. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kana Runner then reinstall.
