1. The daily challenges don't always show up, you can't refill your green tea, diamonds disappear without spending them... Also, why it's getting dark already at 2 pm? I recommend the game "My pet shop" from the same game studio because it's basically the same but less buggy.This game is so cute!!! I love how to play this.

1. Fix Forest Folks Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Forest Folks: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Forest Folks App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Forest Folks" » Open Forest Folks: Pet Shop Spa » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Forest Folks » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Forest Folks: Pet Shop Spa app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Forest Folks servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Forest Folks: Pet Shop Spa" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Forest Folks app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Forest Folks might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Forest Folks. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Forest Folks then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Forest Folks not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Forest Folks be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Forest Folks not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
