I'm going to uninstall for now so let me know when you guys fix the ad problems.If you love being forced to watch 30 second adds every time your child changes screens, this is the junk app for you!! My son got to watch 3 minutes worth of adds in 4 minutes of playing.. please do not waste your phones memory on this useless app.Id rather have video ads, then ads that stay on the screen.

2. .. trash.My baby sister loves playing with my phone and I didnt have any apps she could play on so I downloaded this, and so did the rest of my family.

3. If the ads could be moved to the top of the screen on both screens or even made smaller so it is harder to click on for kidsI couldn't let my baby play with this because there were ad banners in the interface.

4. So this app is practically useless.This is an app for baby's/children to mash buttons yet you place a Google ad on the screen at all times while using the app.

5. I would argue you have been misusing Google ad revenue and falsifying hits for ads because these are not true hits they are randomly being pressed by kids playing with a toy.worth even less.

If there were an option like the one in the app settings to press the certain colored circle a certain number of times or require a passcode to exit the app, the app would be better.The biggest problem I have with this app is that it is way too easy for a child to press on the ads and accidentally purchase something you don't want them to.

7. Fix it pleaseThe app is great and the music is nice, but my 10 month old can and will quickly press the "disabled" buttons until he gets into the rest of the phone.

8. The app is useless, your baby is going to keep passing the device back to you to get out the ad.

9. Even with a locked screen if your baby clicks on it then it gets out of the app and goes to the ads.

10. The baby could be playing and then get interuppted when they click on the ad.

1. Fix Ba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ba App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ba" » Open Baby Phone Game for Kids » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ba » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Baby Phone Game for Kids app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ba servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Baby Phone Game for Kids" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ba might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ba then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ba not working

2. Fix Ba Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ba may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
