Cancel Call Recorder Subscription on iPhone & iPad

1. On your phone, open "Settings" and tap your Apple ID profile.
2. Click "Subscriptions" and select "Call Recorder".
3. Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm the cancellation.

Alternative method via AppStore:

1. Goto the Appstore » your Profile » Subscriptions.
2. select "Call Recorder" and click "Cancel Subscription".

Cancel Call Recorder Subscription on Android

1. Launch the PlayStore app and click the hamburger menu icon.
2. Select "Subscriptions" » tap "Call Recorder" » click "Cancel Subscription".
3. Your subscription to Call Recorder will now be canceled.

Cancel Call Recorder Subscription on PayPal

1. Sign in to your PayPal Account and click "Settings ".
2. Select "Payments" and click "Manage Automatic Payments".
3. Under Automatic Payments tab, click "Call Recorder" or "C Mobile" » "Cancel".
4. You are now unsubscribed from Call Recorder

Cancel Call Recorder via Email

1. Open your email app
2. Provide all the relevant information regarding your account.
3. Provide a reason for the cancelation.
4. Send the email to hi@redacted... Login to see email.

Cancel Subscription Directly on Call Recorder's Website

1. Visit their website - https://vitpolis.com/products/call-recorder/ and login to your account.
2. Goto your profile or account page and click "Billings" or "Subscriptions".
3. Click "Cancel" to remove your subscription.

• I have followed the instructions cancel callrecorder but unable to find option to cancel either from settings or in the APP store.
  I did see a cancel option when I tried to cancel on December 2 after the the first payment. I clicked it but apparently it did not work. Please cancel my subscription and refund the December 10 payment.

• Hi There, I have never requested the "Call Recorder Subscription" on my phone. My number is +61 448545876. I won't be needing that feature and have no idea how and why you have installed that on my phone automatically and went on to deduct payment using my Paypal. Please cancel this at once and refund the money that you have charged me. I am not able to choose the "Deactivate" or "Unsubscribe" button from my phone app. I do have another phone which is 0409503013 where I have unnecessarily paid for the premium truecaller which is not even working. I cannot see "who has viewed my profile" as the page never opens up. I am already disgusted and feel ripped off and do not wish to have any paid service from Truecaller!
  Please respond to this email and confirm that the money is refunded to me asap. I would also like to cancel the subscription I can done on +61 409503013 for premium truecaller with yearly payment. Please cancel that and refund the remaining amount for the coming months.
