Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm the cancellation.

Goto the Appstore » your Profile » Subscriptions.
select "Remote Keyboard" and click "Cancel Subscription".

Launch the PlayStore app and click the hamburger menu icon.
Select "Subscriptions" » tap "Remote Keyboard" » click "Cancel Subscription".
