Cancel Pocket Subscription on iPhone & iPad

  1. On your phone, open "Settings" and tap your Apple ID profile.
  2. Click "Subscriptions" and select "Pocket".
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm the cancellation.

Alternative method via AppStore:

  1. Goto the Appstore » your Profile » Subscriptions.
  2. select "Pocket" and click "Cancel Subscription".




Cancel Pocket Subscription on Android


  1. Launch the PlayStore app and click the hamburger menu icon.
  2. Select "Subscriptions" » tap "Pocket" » click "Cancel Subscription".
  3. Your subscription to Pocket will now be canceled.


Cancel Pocket Subscription on PayPal

  1. Sign in to your PayPal Account and click "Settings ".
  2. Select "Payments" and click "Manage Automatic Payments".
  3. Under Automatic Payments tab, click "Pocket" or "Invescore Wallet LLC" » "Cancel".
  4. You are now unsubscribed from Pocket


Cancel Pocket via Email

  1. Open your email app
  2. Provide all the relevant information regarding your account.
  3. Provide a reason for the cancelation.
  4. Send the email to pocket@redacted... Login to see email.

  1. Visit their website - https://pocket.mn/ and login to your account.
  2. Goto your profile or account page and click "Billings" or "Subscriptions".
  3. Click "Cancel" to remove your subscription.

1. Pocket application is an AI and fintech based product of “Invescore Wallet NBFI” LLC and it offers online loan and payment service. “Invescore Wallet NBFI” LLC is established in May of 2019 and received the non-banking financial service license under the Decree No 327 of Financial Regulatory Commission of Mongolia on 25th of November, 2019.

5. Our system informs the customers regarding the repayment due date via SMS message, email, notification on the Pocket App and a phone call from our customer service.

6. The customer can repay the loan anytime without extra fee or interest rate.

7. This prevents the customers from receiving multiple loans, which may result in the failure of repayment.

8. We strictly adheres with the local regulations and laws of Mongolia.

9. We are compliant with the Anti-Money Laundering Commission as well as National Data Privacy Commission.

10. In addition, we keep the confidentiality of private information at high secured place.

11. When the customers make repayments on time, they are able to increase loan amount, reduce fees and collect bonus points.
