• I have reached village 56 on Coin Master and my testerup account is showing that I haven't passed village 3 yet. My account ID number is e6f2724c-b9ad-45b8-bd88-baf0c8028b08 and I would like to know if this issue can be fixed soon before my time for playing the game expires. I have been sending message about the issue since Oct. 30th 2022 it is now Nov. 9th and still I have gotten no response nor has the issue been fixed.

• I am not being leveled up on coin master. I have passed village 50 and it still shows that I have not passed village 3. I have been sending the message since around Oct 3, 2022 and it is now Nov pth and still no reply and I have not been leveled up.

• I have completed all 20 levels in Board Kings within the 7 day period (I actually completed 24 levels in 7 days). The testerup app is not registering that I've completed the 20th level for my payout.
