1. Delete SelfLoops HRV Account through Email

There are 2 methods to get your data (and account) deleted by SelfLoops HRV:

1. Under GDPR: EU/UK Residents have the right to ask (via email), an organization that holds data about them to delete it. This is known as the ‘right to erasure’. Organizations have one month to respond to the request.


2. Under CCPA: California residents have the right to request that a company delete the data/personal information it has on them. A failure to comply with this will result in a fine of upto $7,500.

2. How to Delete SelfLoops HRV on Iphone

1. On iphone, Goto "Settings "
2. Click on "General" » "Iphone Storage".
3. Select the app, and click "Delete SelfLoops HRV".

3. Delete SelfLoops HRV on Android phone

1. Go to your Android phone Settings.
2. Click on "Apps & Games".
3. Select "SelfLoops HRV" and Click "Uninstall".

1. Note: If you cannot connect your Bluetooth Smart heart rate monitor, make sure that is not paired already with another application or device.

2. To use the application you need an heart rate monitor that adheres either to the Bluetooth Low Energy or ANT+ standards.

3. We have personally tested the application with the Viiiva, Garmin, Wahoo and Polar Bluetooth Low Energy heart rate monitors.

4. The Bluetooth standard does not allow to have the heart rate monitor connected at the same time to multiple apps or devices.

5. The SelfLoops HRV application calculates and displays the heart rate variability.

6. Heart rate variability (HRV) is the physiological phenomenon of variation in the time interval between heartbeats.

7. Also, do not pair the heart rate monitor in the Settings of your device.

8. By using the application you expressly agree that SelfLoops is not providing medical advice with this application.

9. If you record the session you will be able to export the data, saved in csv format, to Dropbox, Google Drive, by email etc.
