I got a new phone and the app will not let me see my camera's. I have the Iphone 14 Pro max. My other family members have older Iphones and the app works but it will not work on my new phone. I am in need of help on what to do. It will add the camera the server list just fine but it will not let me view the camera part.

I haven’t used my cameras in quite some time my ex set them up a few years ago and I cannot access that account which they were first put on they are still installed in my house and connected but I can’t get them to come on.
After updating the app, I am unable to connect my app to view cameras when I’m away from my DVR device, I can only view cameras when I’m connected to wifi and being next to the dvr . all settings remain the same. NAT enabled, DNS disabled , IPv6 disabled , IPv4 enabled . Please assist. Thank you .
