  • I got a new phone and the app will not let me see my camera's. I have the Iphone 14 Pro max. My other family members have older Iphones and the app works but it will not work on my new phone.   • After updating the app, I am unable to connect my app to view cameras when I’m away from my DVR device, I can only view cameras when I’m connected to wifi and being next to the dvr . all settings remain the same.
