  In 2021, I signed up on Soultime’s website for a 50% offer on their Christian meditation app.
  
  A year later in 2022, I tried all means to cancel, but there was no record of this Soultime subscription in my iPhone or on my Apple account, probably because I signed up via the website and the website has no account portal! I was subsequently charged another year's subscription but at full price i.e. $99.
  
  Now, another year later, I've just been charged another $99! I'd spent the better part of a week prior trying to find where to cancel my subscription and with no luck. The way the back-end management of the app is handled it’s just not possible to cancel via the app, the website or my Apple account. There is also no means to contact anyone to cancel/query my account. I have tried via Facebook also but their last post was October 2021 so it's not even being monitored.
  
  I really struggled to afford this in 2021 and even more so in 2023 when the subscription jumped to full price. I need to have the subscription cancelled.

  I don’t want to auto renew but there isn’t a cancel option anywhere that I have access. Need to cancel because I don’t really use the app at all and I don’t want to auto renew.
