Cancel SnoreLab Subscription on iPhone & iPad

1. On your phone, open "Settings" and tap your Apple ID profile.
2. Click "Subscriptions" and select "SnoreLab : Record Your Snoring".
3. Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm the cancellation.

Alternative method via AppStore:

1. Goto the Appstore » your Profile » Subscriptions.
2. select "SnoreLab" and click "Cancel Subscription".

Cancel SnoreLab Subscription on Android

1. Launch the PlayStore app and click the hamburger menu icon.
2. Select "Subscriptions" » tap "SnoreLab : Record Your Snoring" » click "Cancel Subscription".
3. Your subscription to SnoreLab will now be canceled.

1. Sign in to your PayPal Account and click "Settings ".
2. Select "Payments" and click "Manage Automatic Payments".
3. Under Automatic Payments tab, click "SnoreLab : Record Your Snoring" or "Reviva Softworks Ltd" » "Cancel".
4. You are now unsubscribed from SnoreLab

• I am trying to cancel my subscription, I have tried the app itself, settings manage subscriptions from Apple ID, and App Store on my profile to manage subscriptions - there is no option to cancel, only renew. I am so frustrated because it will automatically renew. Any other subscription is very easy to cancel, so this seems like a scam! Please resolve.

• I paid the Snorelab application in the middle of August ($11.99-one year). After 10 days I cancelled the subscription, because I didn't want to be charged automatically the next year. I did that because in subscriptions of my iPhone it says: "if you cancel now, you can still access your subscription until the next year", which is not true. I didn't have more access to the application. I wanted to activated the app again and I was charged with another $11.99. I need to be reimbursed the second subscription and I don't want to be charged again next year. Viviana.
