Alternatively, you can follow these steps below to get Hangboard Repeaters to delete your account/data:
1. This simple and easy to use workout app is for training finger strength for rock climbing and bouldering by doing hangboard intervals or “repeaters”.
2. -Hang from the hold on the hangboard for the number of seconds you entered.
3. Laps first on boulder problems or routes is highly recommended.
4. -Starting with a set on the jug holds of the hangboard is also recommended.
5. Hangboards and fingerboards are not recommended for beginner climbers.
6. -When hanging on a hold, fingers should be in a half-crimp position.
7. -Rest for the number of seconds you entered.
8. -The arms should be in a very slightly bent position, the muscles should be “engaged”.
9. At least 90 seconds is recommended.
