Cancel MAPS.ME Subscription on iPhone & iPad

1. On your phone, open "Settings" and tap your Apple ID profile.
2. Click "Subscriptions" and select "MAPS.ME: Offline maps GPS Nav".
3. Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm the cancellation.

Alternative method via AppStore:

1. Goto the Appstore » your Profile » Subscriptions.
2. select "MAPS.ME" and click "Cancel Subscription".

Cancel MAPS.ME Subscription on Android

1. Launch the PlayStore app and click the hamburger menu icon.
2. Select "Subscriptions" » tap "MAPS.ME: Offline maps GPS Nav" » click "Cancel Subscription".
3. Your subscription to MAPS.ME will now be canceled.

• When arrived in Salvador I used your free trial, but it’s too expensive, so I chose google maps and cancelled my trial immediately, but I was charged today, I just saw this! I don’t need maps.me, I don’t want to pay for the maps 50$ when we have google maps, I canceled my trial next day, so why charge? Requesting refund and I’ll forget about MAPS.ME; thanks in advance

I changed the subscription to Monthly, rather than annually and want to know if i will receive credit for the remainder of the $58.00 that was charged.   I registered for a free trial with Maps.me and I went to cancel the subscription today so indont get charged, But unfortunately the charge has already gone through. I have been travelling internationally and didn’t have Internet for quite some hours during transit. I know it was my fault for being late for a few hours but I would appeal to your understanding of this situation. I can provide Transit flight tickets so you have proof that I wasn’t able to cancel the subscription just in time if that would help in anyway.
  If you could Refund the $119 that was deducted from my card, I would very much, greatly appreciate it.

• I probably made a mistake trying maps.me free for 3 days. I couldn’t use the app in aruba and was getting errors, so i cancelled the suscription. However I still was charged for a year. TThere is no phone number, no customer serviceWhat process do i need to to refund? I need your help to get my money back

• I didnt want to continue with the subscription after the free trial it was the most effective map for me and i found it difficult for me to use. The years payment went out today please can you revert this.
