1. Delete DStv Account through Email

There are 2 methods to get your data (and account) deleted by DStv:

1. Under GDPR: EU/UK Residents have the right to ask (via email), an organization that holds data about them to delete it. This is known as the ‘right to erasure’. Organizations have one month to respond to the request.


2. Under CCPA: California residents have the right to request that a company delete the data/personal information it has on them. A failure to comply with this will result in a fine of upto $7,500.

1. On iphone, Goto "Settings "
2. Click on "General" » "Iphone Storage".
3. Select the app, and click "Delete DStv".

1. Go to your Android phone Settings.
2. Click on "Apps & Games".
3. Select "DStv" and Click "Uninstall".

1. If you are a DStv customer in a country within our DStv territories, the DStv app enables you to stream live TV, catch up on your favourite series, movies and sport highlights or download to watch later offline, all on the go.

2. The Live TV and Catch Up content in the DStv app will be as per your DStv subscription package and country where your subscription is held.

3. Due to geo-blocking this content can only be played within the countries in the DStv territories.

4. For legal reasons, the DStv app is not available on uncertified Google devices.

5. As a DStv customer you can enjoy all of these features on the DStv app.
